YOU WILL NEED:

2 cups scissor cut kale
2 big tbsp fresh green onion
300g portobello mushrooms
2 big tbsp hemp seeds
Himalaya pink salt
Fresh pepper
Apple cider vinegar

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Cut the kale in thin strips using scissors and place in bowl
  • Rub the portobello mushrooms in olive oil and a bit of garlic. Roast them in the oven at 180C°/356 °F until golden brown.
  • Chop the green fresh onion
  • Mix all ingredients with apple cider vinegar dressing
  • Season with salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste. 
  • Sprinkle serve immediately.
