YOU WILL NEED:

Fresh Kale
Avocado
Organic tomato
Wasabi
Himalaya salt
Sesame seeds
Lime
Organic Greek olive oil
 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Dice the avocado and tomatoes into small cubes and place in separate bowls.
  • Cut the kale with scissors and place in separate bowl. Add half a tsp of wasabi to the kale.
  • Season each bowl with a pinch of Himalaya salt, a sprinkle of Sesame seeds, a squeeze of lime and a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Serve immediately with a side of rye or wholewheat bread.
